Flex Lifting is the official supplier of the main multinational companies that manufacture tires for cars and commercial vehicles. The ORBIT P8 model is a full electric powered crane with a front footprint of just 780mm which allows it to be moved along the aisles of the departments where the tire production process takes place. Thanks to the 90 ° rotation of the lifting arm and the double electric extension, it is able to pick up the molds positioned on narrow shelving, place them onto an integrated rotating support and transport them to the assembly lines or to the maintenance department. The counterbalanced crane Orbit P8 can handle molds from 100 up to 200 kg and the electric jib arm has a max. overhang of 2 meters.
