PRECISE POSITIONING

Unlike fixed cranes, mobile cranes can move to several plant areas. No licence required. Our cranes can get closer to the load even in presence of obstacles or perimeter protections. They can be equipped with several types of underhooks.
The electric counterbalanced crane FLEX G500SBR is a power driven counterbalanced swivel crane. Capacity 500Kg.
- It is equipped with an easy-sliding drive wheel and a pair of airtight AGM batteries.
- Electric lifting and lowering, extension and retraction at adjustable and proportional speed.
- The electric counterbalanced crane is extremely versatile, agile and easily maneuverable even in confined spaces.
The counterbalanced mobile mini crane FLEX G500SBR is a universal lifting solution with unlimited use possibilities. Thanks to its 270 degrees free rotating Jib arm , this lifting equipment is ideal for placements of moulds and various loads over obstruction/barrier,on 3D machines, lathes,narrow openings, assembly lines and over perimeter protections.
FLEX G500SBR is equipped with remote control for: arm lifting – arm lowering – boom extension – boom retraction. All movements can be operated with adjustable and proportional speed. The remote control handle is equipped with a button , that allows you to activate the proportional control mode.
TILLER ARM

CONTROLS, WARNING LIGHTS AND STANDARD FEATURES
2 position key switch ; emergency button ; Green indicator light showing maximum load position and the upward/downward motion and extension & retraction motion are active; Red control light showing maximum load capacity (when the red light is activated is not possible to lift the load and extend the jib ); Indicator showing the battery charge level; Schuko socket for 220V charge ; Visual warning LED beacon; 24V intermittent buzzer when the crane is moving to increase operator safety; Storage compartment.
POWER DRIVE
AC traction motor with recovery braking. Permanent magnet drive wheel in direct current 24V 700W; high frequency MOSFET controller.
